OUR SERVICESWe can start with a blank piece of paper, work with your existing set of plans, or even work with your chosen designer or architect. Regardless of your situation, the planning stage has its own timetable and we will refine the design until you are absolutely satisfied. The Mulhern Builders team will offer direction and advice, but we understand that the plan must evolve at your pace. We encourage you to do research on the internet and in magazines, take photos and make lists of features that you'd like to see in your dream home.
